Don Churchman is an independent surveyor with over 30 years experience of residential surveys in South London, surrounding areas and southern counties, specialising in all types of RICS Home Surveys and fully compliant valuations, including those required for Help to Buy and Housing Associations. A personal service is offered backed up by thorough surveys and sound advice.

Sarah obtained her degree in 2021 from Oxford Brookes University in Real Estate and ,has obtained postgraduate surveying experience with commercial and residential practices, and has now joined the family firm. She is receiving further training and is providing support including research, gathering data, assisting on surveys and inspections, and providing property assessments under direction
